Refund policy

IN STORE EXCHANGE & STORE CREDIT POLICY

We have a 10-day exchange or store credit policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit. This will be extending during the holiday season from December 15th - January 7th each year.

REGULAR PRICED MERCHANDISE MAY BE EXCHANGED FOR ANOTHER ITEM OF SAME VALUE OR STORE CREDIT WITHIN 10 DAYS OF PURCHASE, OR EXCHANGE /STORE CREDIT WITHIN 10 DAYS OF PURCHASE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH ORIGINAL TAGS AND PACKAGING, NOT WORN, WASHED, OR LOVED IN ANY WAY. ANY EXCHANGES WITHOUT A RECEIPT WILL BE CREDITED ONLY, FOR THE LAST SALE PRICE, IF APPLICABLE.

ALL DISCOUNTED SALES  ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

OTHER FINAL SALE ITEMS INCLUDE: Bras, Underwear, Bodysuits, Beauty/Skincare, Hats, Earrings, Socks/Tights, Drinkware, Diffusers.

Damaged Items
All items are checked thoroughly for defects prior to you receiving your merchandise. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

EXCHANGE & STORE CREDIT POLICY FOR ONLINE ORDERS

Our customer’s satisfaction is always our top priority.

We are happy to exchange, or give a store credit on your purchases with tags still attached, unworn, and not washed items with receipt of purchase within 10 days for exchange/store credit of delivery date. Shipping costs are not applicable for refund, exchange, or store credit and shipping back to us for a return, exchange, or store credit is to be covered by customer. Please note that exchanges/store credits will take 5-7 business days to process once we receive your item. We will contact you by email once your return is processed. 

Please note that items will need to be sent to the following address: Unit 4105, 239 Griffin Road E., Cochrane, AB T4C 2B9.

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange or store credit will not be accepted.

Damaged Items: All items are checked thoroughly for defects and any damage prior to shipping; however, somethingabouther.ca if you do receive a defected item, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the item by calling us at (403) 973-5577 or via email at info@somethingabouther.ca. If the item is still available, we will replace it, if it’s not available, we will issue a store credit. If you do not contact us within 3 days of receiving the item, sadly there will be nothing we can do. 

Exchanges & Store Credits 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your items, and let you know if the exchange or store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive notification via e-mail, phone, or text to the details you provided to us.
